Dato’ Hj Othman Bin Ahmad

Group Chairman
The key figure behind the inception of AMONA, Dato’ Othman’s specialty is driven by his true entrepreneurial sense and lies in the sheer integrity, confidence and unfazed determination that he often displays towards the entire Group’s undertakings. Dato’ Othman is also the Chief Executive Officer and major shareholder of various development concerns, eg. Pembanguann JKM Sdn Bhd, Pritekma Properties Sdn Bhd etc.

YAM Tengku Dato’ Seri Syed Amir Abidin ibni Almarhum Tuanku Syed Putra Jamalullail

Director
YAM Tengku graduated from Exeter College, UK and began his career with Cycle & Carriage in 1970. He was appointed as Chairman and Director of Taylor’s College in 1987. He has then served in various capacities as Executive and Non-Executive Director in a number of organizations. Currently, he sits on the Board of Directors of several other private limited companies including as a Director of the Malaysian Equine Council. His vast experience in the corporate world certainly brings AMONA to new heights.

Abd Manaf Bin Ahmad

Excutive Director
As the co-founder of Amona Group, Abd Manaf, a graduate in Business Administration (with a Major in Marketing) from Governors State University, USA, has over the years played a major role in the successful accomplishment of Amona’s various projects. Overall responsible for the performance of Amona Group, Abd Manaf has proven his credibility in all his endeavours and has contributed extensively to Amona’s successful track record.

Che Hasnadi Bin Che Hassan

Director & Group CEO
A graduate from University of Bradford in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, UK, Hasnadi has accumulated sizeable and relevant experience from his past employment in iPerintis Sdn Bhd, an affiliated company of PETRONAS. Hasnadi currently helms Amona Group, supported by a dynamic and enthusiastic management team. He is responsible for managing the Group’s overall operations and resources by implementing existing plans and policies, and setting future strategies. Guided by the wisdom and philosophies of Amona founders, he advises the Board on all key decisions on operations, finance, marketing, business development, human resources, compliance, legal, sales and telecommunications.

Dato’ Ramli Bin Abd Rahman

Director Telecommunication & Technologies
Dato’ Ramli acquired extensive experience, spanning 31 years in public sector management skills that became the hallmark of his career in the Administrative & Diplomatic Service until his retirement as Director-General, National Narcotics Agency, Ministry of Internal Security on 14 May 2004. He plays a major role in Perlis Comm Sdn Bhd, a joint-venture company between Tele-Reach Sdn Bhd, a member of Amona Group, with Perbadanan Kemajuan Ekonomi Negeri Perlis. Perlis Comm Sdn Bhd is the exclusive State-Backed Corporation for matters pertaining to telecommunication towers in the state of Perlis.

Fazlina Binti Othman

Director
A graduate of University Hertfordshire, UK with a Bachelor of Arts (Business Administration) Degree in 2004, Fazlina has extensive working experience in the banking sector. Her past employment includes as Accounts Officer in Malayan Banking Berhad, Assistant Manager in Kuwait Finance House and as Relation Manager, Corporate Banking in RHB Bank Berhad. Fazlina left the banking industry to join Amona Group in 2017 as Head of Group Finance. Since then, she has been appointed as Director in some subsidiaries of Amona Group.

Mohd Adib Bin Othman

Director
Armed with the Bachelor of Commerce (Economics & Marketing) Degree from Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Western Australia, Adib commenced his career in 2008 with Hong Leong Assurance Berhad. After gaining invaluable working experience, he joined Amona Group in 2010 in the Business Development Department. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of various subsidiaries and associate companies of Amona Group.
