BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The Project Site is approximately 752 hectares and is located on the Mediterranean Coast, 15 km east of Tripoli along the main east-west coastal highway road.

The master plan for the entire 752 hectare project site is based on the environmental friendly “precinct concept”.  Within each of the 6 precincts, there are internal parks that aim to promote a healthy lifestyle and a close-knit community.  There linear park and waterway that runs through the centre of the township further the precincts into 2 major areas.  This not only acts as a buffer zone to reduce noise pollution crated by heavy traffic flow buy also to provide an additional green lung for the whole township.

PERIOD OF CONSTRUCTION
48 months from the commencement of construction in September 2007.
